DALLAS, Texas—May 13, 2022—AvodahConnect extends a warm welcome to Lori Miller to the newly created position of Senior Vice President of Faith-based Initiatives. Lori brings nearly 20 years of successful relational leadership, and operational and administrative experience across diverse businesses including a technology startup, an international non-profit organization, and a global translation agency.
In her new role, Lori will provide executive oversight of faith-based initiatives while managing the day-to-day development, administrative and operational functions of AvodahConnect through coordination with staff and appropriate committees.
Reporting directly to Avodah CEO Shawn Ring, she will identify new areas for expansion to ensure business viability, support technology and product advancements to cultivate customer growth, and strategically align AvodahConnect solutions and services.

Previously, Lori held rising senior positions as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Field Programs, and Human Resources Manager for the Seed Company, a global translation company, from 2011 to 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a program manager at YWAM–Jewish World Office, a non-profit organization equipping young adults in Jewish studies; CFI–Jerusalem, an international non-profit agency for humanitarian aid to terror victims, Holocaust survivors, and immigrants; and American Systems Consulting, Inc., an information technology and consulting services company.
Lori earned an executive MBA degree with a focus on the economics of mutuality and innovative value creation from Bakke Graduate University in Dallas, Texas.
